The hotel offered a great mix of amenities, but it was very restricted when it reached capacity.

We missed out on the late‑night fun because the hotel closes at 10 a.m., and checkout is at 11 a.m.; we’re early birds. The room had no clear instructions for the TV or the remote, and the Wi‑Fi login details were missing—either written out or via QR code. I lost a star because I wasted time trying to get the TV to work. The hot‑tub policy was also frustrating: guests were told they'd have to be removed if their turn was delayed, instead of being able to use the tub when their slot arrived. The front‑desk staff were fantastic, but the problems were purely technical.

Overall, the trip was good, but the breakfast left a sour taste: the eggs were cold, watery, and powdered—definitely not something I’d want again.
