The staff were genuinely super kind and helpful. The pool was lovely with a nice view, the rooms were pretty and the bed was comfortable. Nothing negative.

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, anticipating every wish; the setting was extremely quiet and undisturbed, with a nice view and a beautiful large modern room featuring a spacious shower, a lovely pool, and a location near the Staudamm Pier. The breakfast was limited à la carte, the curtains in the room didn’t block light well, the air‑conditioning was loud and strong, and there was no safe in the room.
