The rooms were decent and not too loud. The air‑conditioning was old, and the electronic room lock was unreliable; we had to sleep in a different room because the card no longer opened the door. At 2 am the concierge couldn’t help us, so he gave us another room but left the toiletries and pajamas in the original room.

The staff were great, the bed was comfortable and the shower was good too. The location was good and a supermarket was nearby. It was peaceful once the neighbour went to bed, but the soundproofing is terrible and the air conditioning didn't cool the room enough; it felt cool initially but we both had fans to help cool us down.
