“Low service quality”

I liked the location, but they tried to charge me for breakfast even though it was included in my package. The waiter kept harassing me, demanding payment right away, and I had to tell him, "How dare you charge me for a breakfast you haven't even let me eat, and besides, it's included in my reservation?" They also wanted to bill me for checking in an hour early, though I chose to wait. When I finally got back to the room, the key cards they handed over didn’t work, so I had to ask for help; they discovered the cards weren’t programmed. They focus on squeezing extra money out of guests while neglecting basic services.

“Cheap”

The front lobby looked cute, but my room had crumbs on the side of the bed floor and the bed cover was pulled off, revealing how dirty it was and grossing me out. My key also didn’t work after I returned from Disney, so I went down to get a new one. I told the staff my room number, but she said it wasn’t correct. I insisted I had it written down, and she claimed the system had me in a different room, so she made me two keys—one for the room I said and one for the one she said—something that felt odd.

“I wouldn’t stay there again, but good location for a good price comparatively.”

The location was great, but the water pressure was horrible. The room wouldn’t get cold; every time we left the room the AC would kick off. It struggled to reach 75°F even when I set the AC to 66°F.

I liked being close to Disneyland, but the air conditioning blew hard. No one told us verbally that there would be no servicing of the room unless asked, so beds weren’t made, tea bags weren’t replaced, and the room wasn’t vacuumed. There was a note stapled to the key sleeve, but it was on the underside.

It’s a short walk to the parks, past the parking garage and onto the tram. The building is aging gracefully.
