Courtyard By Marriott Baltimore Hunt Valley did not honor my reservation on Booking and sold my room to someone else; the staff couldn't provide a double‑bed room, forcing us to fit into one king‑size without a couch. We three arrived late and tired with no other options—horrible night.

It’s located in a very quiet and serene part of Hunt Valley. We got to enjoy dinner nearby and come back to a quiet retreat; it was amazing! Nothing! The property was clean, tidy and the staff were all so friendly!

The place was clean and quiet, the staff were professional and patient and they handled every request I had, but it would have been nice to have a swimming pool; the gym compensated for that absence.

The staff were very nice and customer service was excellent; there was a minor confusion with booking in person, but they sorted it immediately and I had no issues.
