The location on the mountain slope with a view of the Zilertall valley is great, offering a family atmosphere, meticulous attention to detail, a playground, animals, and child‑friendly attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful, the on‑site restaurant serves local dishes, and it’s close to the mountain railway, a sled track, and a beautiful family walking trail that includes a playground. The only downside was the lack of drinking water and a kettle in the room; in Austria you can drink tap water but there were no glasses. Breakfast slightly disappointed us, but the property itself is wonderful and sparked our appetite, and we appreciated that everything was fresh and local. The selection was small, but the quality was high. A minor drawback was that the games in the playroom were extra‑paid; I think things like foosball and a multimedia screen should be free.
