The staff couldn't speak English, but they were very kind, helpful and friendly; the housekeeping staff were very nice too; the property was very clean and tidy; international cards and apps don't work and there's a huge language barrier; the property is quiet, small and old

расположение, круглосуточная стойка регистрации, хранение багажа, в целом стильно и все аккуратно в номерах, сантехника отличная. Кровать, подушки и одеяло шикарные. Очень уютно и спалось отлично!. в душ и туалет прозрачная стеклянная стенка. Кошмар! Лежишь на кровати и видишь спутника на унитазе. Это не комфортно. Как можно пользоваться унитазом который за прозрачной стенкой? Мне приходилось просить мужа выйти погулять, чтобы сходить в туалет. Есть номера без окон, учитывая размер номера метров 10, отсутствие окна это спертый воздух и вообще не классно

We ended up leaving early because things went wrong right from check‑in. The hotel’s name didn’t match the listing or the photos, so finding it was a hassle, and the front desk staff spoke no English, which dragged the registration out. The building smelled of the restaurant downstairs, the room had no windows (never mentioned), and a loud “fresh‑air” fan pushed restaurant fumes straight into the space.

The rooms were immaculate and the staff were genuinely friendly, always ready to lend a hand. I didn’t run into any issues at all, which made the whole stay feel effortless. Definitely a ten‑out‑of‑ten experience.
