The hotel was clean, the pool was fine, just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, the staff were very attentive and quick, the food was very varied. What I liked was that although there were two twin beds, we combined them into one big bed for the child to sleep with us; when we moved the beds there were hairpins and hair strands under the bed, they vacuumed them before we returned from the beach without us saying anything. At the pool the kids didn’t wear slippers until the stairs area and then they entered the pool like that, which doesn’t seem hygienic at all (you go to the toilet with slippers and then come to the pool area, but kids pick up dirt on their feet and bring it into the pool) – this needs more attention! The food, although varied, seemed to lack any real taste, all seemed bland, and what I didn’t like was that they reinterpreted dishes, meaning they reused leftovers from day to day – for example, on the terrine, between layers of cream/foam/crumbs I found a slice of salami, and the same with several other dishes. I understand that a lot of food remains, but that’s what you do at home, not at a four‑star hotel. The elevators were annoying, bad (the control system, you wanted to go up, it took you down, and it would stop at other floors depending on who called it).
