We had an amazing stay in Kyoto at this stylish accommodation; Shin himself greeted us upon arrival and gave a detailed rundown of the area with suggestions on what to do. The hotel is incredibly clean and well‑organized—clear evidence of the care and attention Shin and his team invest. Plenty of kitchen gear let us cook for ourselves a few nights. It’s less than a 5‑minute walk to a train station that connects easily to central Kyoto. On the downside, there’s a road outside the hotel; it didn’t bother us, but if you’re a light sleeper you might want earplugs.

Shin is an amazing host—kind, professional, and ready to help with anything from laundry to city tips. We’d love to stay longer and keep coming back. Highly recommend if you want a home‑like experience.

３泊で泊まらせていただいた。駅から約3分、ゲストハウスのすぐ手前にバス停もあり、周辺にコンビニやスタバなどがあってアクセスがとてもよかった。部屋も快適でおしゃれだった。ほとんど出かけてはいたが、共有スペースに設備が揃っていて、ゆっくりしたい時にも余裕でゲストハウスに過ごせそう。オーナーのシンさんがいろいろ対応してくれて、ローカルな情報も教えてくれたありがたい！

Everything was perfect—design, equipment quality, and the care taken to make the stay smooth. Shin is extraordinary; we’re not going to find anyone like him again. He received our luggage and even dropped it off at our next hotel in Osaka. All his small touches made the stay flawless. I recommend this place 1000 %.
