“I deserve a full or partial refund!!!!!!!!”

The area and property felt very unsafe. After checking in, several police vehicles arrived to deal with an irate person in the parking lot. The “security” guard walking the perimeter kept peeking into my window and sitting on the ledge; I had to keep the blinds closed the whole time. Five minutes after checking in, he knocked on my door and asked if I was banging on walls and other guests’ doors—really? The advertised “snack bar” area was just two soda vending machines outside the office; no coffee was available. Two bugs were in the bed—unacceptable even for an overnight stay. The room and experience were not even worth half of what I paid, and I should have been offered a refund. Checkout was at 11:00 am the next day, but I left at 8:00 am because I couldn’t wait to leave.

“Run down, unclean, and sketchy.”

The room was small enough that carrying my multiple suitcases, even to the back, wasn’t a huge chore. However, the sheets were stained, the tub was stained, the hot‑water faucet didn’t work, and with the state of the room and property I kept worrying about bed bugs. I also didn’t like the look of the place in terms of security and had to rush to and from the vending machines for water. I didn’t sleep well.

The place is close to the highway, but it’s a little run down.

The spot was great and the morning coffee was a plus, plus it’s close to a liquor shop. On the downside, there was no fridge or microwave, no coffee maker in the room, one bed felt too soft, and the key kept malfunctioning. I’d rate the room with the second emoji.
