The bed was comfortable and the room had all basic amenities. We enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated how helpful the staff was. There was a kettle and basic teas and coffee available, and the electrical outlets worked with EU chargers without adapters. The bathroom had permanent dirt between the tiles that might even be fungus, so we were not comfortable showering without flip‑flops. The noise level was high during room cleaning, and after a long flight we couldn’t nap during the day. We had issues with the fan; the owner happily helped pair a remote to our fan, but another remote in a neighboring room was also paired, causing the fan to change speed and turn on/off randomly, even twice in the middle of the night. We tried to explain this to the staff, but we’re not sure they understood. Finally, we had trouble paying with a Revolut card and had to pay in cash, though the owner said they fixed it in the end. We’d still recommend taking cash from a nearby ATM just in case.

Housekeeping was not good . Coffee cup never replaced even frondesk clark not order to hotel for food and tea. Waiting more than 1 hour after order … on. On. Not good sevice. Biggest problem checkout time they do accept Visa card from chase bank. They did not mention before in web or booking. Com. I have to paid Indian rupee. Overhaul not good experience . We are seniors too.!!!!! Not recommend for seniors. And take payment in Rupees only.let explained that hotel is not three star service. God bless all. Not except international Visa payment. Too long to fulfil food order that we have to canceled orderafter waiting too long…

The hotel sits on the main road of HSR, which is a great spot. It’s a vegetarian restaurant, but there’s an amazing Indian restaurant right across the street that’s super convenient. The staff are dependable and the rooms stay spotless, though the washroom could use a better selection of toiletries. The breakfast spread could use a bit more variety.
