It was a lovely, snug place. We stayed in a unit called Tiny Gateside.

Nothing happened from check‑in to check‑out. It was the worst experience ever. The check‑in was frustrating and the staff member was the most unprofessional I’ve ever seen; if I owned the place I’d forbid that person from dealing with guests. They had no idea what was expected of them or how to handle customer care – a total disgrace! The wooden floors were loud. Light from the hallway and outside seeped through the door and window, ruining sleep. The road to the property needs major repairs – potholes and it’s terrible when it rains.
