The room was huge and the bedding was comfy, and the breakfast offered a wide range of tasty options. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the overall experience pleasant, and the rooftop pool gave a fantastic view of Mahanakhon, which was a real highlight. However, the cleanliness was disappointing, especially in the bathroom where hair was everywhere in the drains and an awful odor lingered; I even had to clean it myself. On top of that, the hotel was inflexible with check‑in and check‑out times, charging an extra 1 000 bahts if you arrived or left outside the scheduled hours, and they made no effort to listen to tourists or negotiate any arrangements.

“Very good for a value”

The rooms were very spacious and the breakfast was very good.

The location, the hotel room, and the staff were all positive points, but the chairs in the kitchen were dirty as if they had never been cleaned or changed. The only decent dishes were the omelette and the sunny‑side‑up egg. I wanted to give this hotel an 8.5 / 10, but the breakfast area chairs were so disgusting that I could not sit on them for another minute.

The location was great, the roof pool was nice, and the value was good. The taxi drivers outside were scamming tourists.
