The location was good and the room was really nice, but there was a bit of an issue with the AC operation.

The rooms are spacious and aesthetic. The location is good and close to Ashwem Beach, with every facility nearby. I liked the location and rooms the best; the value for money at these prices is solid.

Everything was thoughtfully arranged, from the shower drain sloping so water doesn’t pool, to the drying rack on the balcony wall. The plumbing is new, the tiles are pretty, the doors and furniture are wood, all aesthetically pleasing. The hotel stands out among others. In the new building the room textiles are wonderful. The bed is comfortable, and a few pillows make sleeping easy. The balcony in our room is an open-air terrace where we spent a few hours in a cocoon chair. Just bring mosquito coils. The in‑house restaurant has a varied menu, takes a long time to prepare, but it’s always freshly made just for you. We walked from the beach, ordered to the room or to the second‑floor terrace. While we were getting ready, everything was ready. Prices are cheap, portions are European at the second‑floor café‑lounge, there’s table tennis, board games, flowers, and a super fan. It’s pleasant to eat in the chairs under a breeze. Opposite the hotel is a shop, and on the right there are many restaurants. At the hotel Papadjioli, for 500 rupees (per person) you’re allowed to swim in the pool for 3 hours. Cleaning is available on request. Trash is taken out properly if you put a bin in the corridor. Almost every day you see the housekeeper, she speaks Russian, explains, and helps—she’s quick to solve questions. The hotel décor is handled by a girl at reception, she’s helpful and resolves questions fast. The downside is there’s no territory at the hotel, you have to walk to the beach (not a big deal). There’s no hair dryer in the bathroom, and the room lacked teaspoons because there’s a kettle, cups, and glasses.
