“Für den Service viel zu teuer”
Overall, the hotel offered very little. The room was large but felt impersonal. Housekeeping only came twice a week, then got forgotten, and when we asked it had to be reminded that a cleaning was needed; the cleaning that did happen was only superficial. In the evenings there was always a buffet that felt more like cafeteria food than a four‑star hotel, and the same meal was repeated on the fourth day.
“Gut gelegene Wellness-Basis mit gutem Ausflugspotential”
A genuinely beautiful property. The wellness area was well maintained and well equipped, though it’s a pity that children up to 16 are not allowed in the sauna; perhaps a “family time” could be considered.

Frühstück war bestens, hat an nichts gefehlt. Personal immer freundlich. Spa Bereich für uns völlig ausreichend. 3 Saunen mit riesen Ruheraum, 1 großer Pool. Wir hatten ein Eckzimmer zur Straße hin. Obwohl es direkt an der gut befahrenen Straße war, haben wir bei geschlossenem Fenster nichts gehört. Alles gut gedämmt. Zu Fuß führten viele Wege direkt in die Natur vom Hotel aus. Herrlich. Es gab in direkter Umgebung viele Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Top. Das die Fernseher nicht über die Kanäle wie Disney, Netflix usw. verfügte. Wir hätten spät am Abend gerne einen Film ohne Werbung gesehen. Aber das ist wirklich keine Kritik, nur Idee. Und ein Wasserkocher wäre noch schön gewesen, bin eine Frostbeule und hätte abends gern noch was warmes auf dem Balkon getrunken
