Hotel was lovely as were the rooms with a stunning view. There wasnt much not to like the shower was a bit unpredictable but overall the hotel was great

Exceptional hidden gem ,absolutly stunning food setting location .staff was amazing cant give any higher rating will definitely stay again . Not booking to stay more than 1 night

“We all had a lovely time even though breakfast was disappointing”

We were among the last to arrive for breakfast and thought the food might not have been freshly made but kept warm under the lights; the toast was only toasted on one side and the baked beans tasted smoky or burnt, yet we would gladly stay again because it’s a lovely, comfy hotel, just make sure to be much earlier in the breakfast room.

“Excellent! The hotel and the gardens were beautiful. Incredible value for money. Very very helpful!”

The hotel sent a message before we arrived and asked if we needed anything, which was a lovely touch; it was easy to find and had plenty of parking, the décor was beautiful, our room was stunning and very homely, spotless, with a huge, very comfortable bed; the dog‑friendly room was brilliant and had easy access to outside, and the local pub was within walking distance, which we also loved, but it was a bit noisy early one morning with bin collections and some work going on—this is the only minor detail we could fault, overall it was really excellent!
