“Ottimo soggiorno”
The pool was gorgeous and the hotel is only an eight‑minute walk from the night street. The staff were warm and helpful, and the Cu Chi tour they booked for us the day before was wonderful.

“Maximal ein 2 Sterne Hotel”
The location is fantastic – quiet yet close to Pub Street, restaurants and shops. The pool isn’t huge but works well for splashing after a day of sightseeing. I still don’t understand why it’s rated three stars; we stayed four nights and neither my room nor my friends’ rooms were ever cleaned. Each guest got only one towel (you have to ask separately for a pool towel) and it was never changed. Trash wasn’t removed, there was no fresh water, and the soap/shampoo barely lasted one or two showers and wasn’t replenished. There was no hair‑dryer either, so you really need to bring towels, a dryer, water and soap yourself, which feels more like a two‑star property. The laundry service also messed up our laundry bags and offered no compensation or discount. At reception you need luck – some staff are very friendly, speak good English and are helpful, while others barely speak English and are quite cold.
