The building sits at the end of a street in the village of Chlumec, almost on the edge of the woods, so if you stay in room 4 you can see many deer grazing in the fields on two sides of the house, making the accommodation very quiet; the micro‑apartment is well laid out and spacious enough, with blinds on the windows, and Chlumec is only a few 10 minutes by car from Cesky Krumlov.

The rooms/apartments were very tidy and well equipped; a small kitchenette had everything needed, so the price‑quality ratio was solid; the location was extremely quiet and beautiful in the middle of Cesky Krumlov and České Budejovice, an ideal base for a road trip; upon arrival we had to call a number and someone answered, handed us the key and showed us the room—very efficient haha! We slept there for three nights and it was definitely solid. The only drawback was that after check‑in there was no further point of contact; we had no idea how to check out, sent messages and called but were hung up on, so we guessed and left the key on the door as we found it.

The kitchen was well equipped, but the frying pan was missing; at very high outdoor temperatures the room was unbearably warm, the air‑conditioning was too far away, and without a car you’re stranded.
