Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The establishment is very clean, well‑equipped, beautifully decorated, and very close to the city center. I recommend it. It is near a sento. As with many accommodations and hotels now, there is no physical welcome.

The place was spotless and immaculate, absolutely fantastic. I wish the foreign guests could feel the hospitality too, because this kind of accommodation is rare. Thank you, it was the best.

Overall, it is kept clean. All explanations are via email, which is unsuitable for analog people. The staff are absent, the lock button for the entrance is not visible, making night entry difficult. During booking, while driving alone, it was tedious to attach a photo of my ID and repeatedly enter the same information. The shower drain was clogged.

The tatami room in the old house smelled nice and gave me a sense of relief. The room was completely empty, which was disappointing; I didn't mention it before. Only a futon was provided, and the pillow was too low.

The place was clean and easy to stay in, though the only real drawback was that the bathroom drainage was a bit poor and I never got to see the caretaker in person.
