“Friendly Staff, Dry Air”
The staff were super friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to meet our needs and explain things clearly. On the downside, the air conditioning was a bit of a letdown, especially in the mornings when it was really dry.
“Great Service, But Some Room for Improvement”
I was really impressed with the service at this hotel - the staff were super friendly and helpful. However, there were a couple of issues that let it down. The toilet lid was a bit dodgy and would often stay open, which meant it would cover my knees when I sat down. The bathroom itself was also a bit outdated and didn't feel particularly clean.
