They did find us alternative accommodation, which was a plus, but they were closed when we arrived and had no record of our booking, which was a major drawback.

I disliked everything: the room was dirty, we left and returned to find someone had accessed it without notice, there was no ventilation except opening the door, and the staff was rude and racist, repeatedly calling us “you blacks.”

Lynn deserves 1000 points for being there on arrival. The location is great, it’s affordable, and it exceeded my expectations – a real hidden gem. Nothing was wrong.

The place was convenient and reasonably priced for what we needed in the area. However, the room had no opening window, only one in the bathroom, and being on the main road meant we could hear traffic. The owner forgot our booking, but luckily the room was available.
