Breakfasts, lunches, and the staff’s friendliness and availability were positives, but the room and bathroom had no wardrobe or shelves, making storage impossible; evening dining was lacking, breakfast was not included in the price, and it was unclear where the policy stated that meals were not covered—most guests, myself included, expect lunch and dinner to be the main meals, not breakfast.

The location gave easy access to the embarkation port, but there was no elevator and the room on the third floor had unresolved water damage and a musty smell.

The location and staff were positives, but the three floors without elevators, the noise all night, the average room size, and the high price for the service were negatives.
