Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast options during my stay - it felt a bit limited. Although the staff was friendly, I think a more varied breakfast spread would really enhance the guest experience. Overall, it was an okay start to the day, but I was expecting a bit more.

The staff, particularly Cecile, were incredibly friendly and welcoming - it really made our stay special. The breakfast was also outstanding, with a great selection to choose from. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and hospitality we received during our visit.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this charming hotel in Cape Town, thanks in large part to the excellent breakfast and Cecile's invaluable advice on exploring the city and its surroundings.

I had a wonderful experience with the staff - they were super lovely and helpful, and the grounds of the hotel were gorgeous. The location was also convenient, close to Kloof Street, but I did find the bed to be quite comfortable, which made it hard to leave.

I had a great stay at this hotel, with a lovely interior, excellent location, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast. However, I should mention that there's no elevator, so if you have heavy or bulky luggage, you'll need to haul it up the stairs - but we managed just fine!
