The location was very central and easily reachable, but I faced long wait times at the reception where my credit card was charged for potential future costs without any prior notice, which was very unpleasant; the shower was initially non‑functional, the wardrobe door jammed and was not repaired even after complaining to reception; room service failed to replace a used drinking glass; given the exorbitant prices of this hotel I expected a far better service, which I had experienced before.
