The place was spotless.
The location was great and the front‑desk staff were always helpful, even though we struggled with the language, the place felt very relaxed; however, the bathroom wasn’t private for the four of us adults (my 25‑ and 27‑year‑old children and my husband), we only got two towels, and at breakfast the staff member served whatever she felt like without understanding us.
Parking fees were a drawback.
“Avoid for weekend or weekdays stays”
The location was fine, but the shuttle was 35 minutes late for our flight and we had to take an Uber. On Tuesday breakfast closed an hour early, and on Wednesday there was no breakfast at all because of “low occupancy” even though we had paid; and trying to get your room deposit back if you paid is a nightmare.
“Was nice, but due the parking charges, not use again”
The room was good, spacious, with a comfortable bed, a nice TV, a refrigerator, good AC, an acceptable bathroom, ample luggage space, and an electric car station, but more would be nice. I understood that the US economy is terrible and tourism has suffered, yet the parking charges are insane, which might scare away even more tourists, and they only offered free coffee one day; the worst hotels in the US give free coffee all day.
