EA Hotel Crystal Palace

“A well-located but overpriced and poorly maintained hotel that prioritizes efficiency over comfort”

The room itself was tidy, with a safe and the hotel was close to the city center yet you didn’t have to drive through it. The access system is automated and there’s no 24/7 front desk; the gate code I received didn’t work. The digital lock on the room seemed weak and there were no extra locks. The hallway was dirty, stained carpet everywhere, and a different “cover‑up” odor appeared every few meters while walking down the long corridor. The bathtub only had a hand shower that didn’t fit the wall mount, and the room was very dim.

The location is fantastic, the bed is comfy, and the area is very quiet. Wenceslas Square is a 10‑minute walk, the tram line is around the corner, and there are plenty of coffee shops within walking distance. Breakfast is available hot and cold with a great variety.

The place is clean, the breakfast is good, and the location is excellent. The furniture and bathroom could use some upkeep or replacement.

The spot is great and very quiet. Breakfast had a wide selection and the coffee shops like Zodiac are just a short walk away. The beds were comfy, trams are around the corner, and Wenceslas Square is 10‑12 minutes away. The young lady at reception was lovely, and I’d come back.

The location is very good, the breakfast is tasty with a wide range and everything fresh, and the staff are helpful and very friendly. The room I received was far below 4‑star standards, with stains on the walls, cracked tiles in the bathroom, a shower cabin that stalls, and heavily worn furniture.
