The food variety, swimming pools, and other facilities were excellent, yet they declined to provide me with the VAT invoice.

Almost everything was perfect; I booked through Booking and got an upgrade to the new Diamond Beach family room with pool access to both Diamond and Sentido, plus a fantastic coral barrier with two piers, pools, and separate areas for activity and relaxation. The only tweak that could be made is expanding the food selection.

I always love coming here—I've been a regular for years, visiting once a year in spring—and the best part, not shown in the photos, is the staff's friendliness and warmth. The spacious, green, pool-filled setting makes for a truly enjoyable and relaxing stay, and my son goes crazy for the water park. Everything is spot-on (like the buffet, varied and tasty, never a line even for the freshly prepared food). Unfortunately, in spring the wind often stops us from swimming in the open sea from the pier (this year we had a red flag for 5 of 7 days!), and the alternative “natural pool” by the shore is pretty small.

The resort was stunning; they upgraded us to the Diamond Pearl and placed us in the Maldives suite with direct pool access from the balcony—a dream. The food was excellent in every restaurant and I’m especially grateful to Sayed for his kindness and professionalism. The coral barrier looked a bit sad, but there are at least four different pools and a wonderful water park.
