The gold and silver hot springs plus the sauna were a real highlight, and dinner let me taste ingredients I rarely get to try, which left me satisfied. The water for dinner was slow to arrive, and the coffee‑maker malfunction wasn’t handled well.

We caused some inconvenience with our communication, and I apologise for that, yet the staff responded politely, especially the heartfelt suggestions for which I’m deeply grateful. Breakfast was delicious and the spread at Silver was much appreciated. Adjusting the room temperature and lighting on my own was confusing and not clearly explained.

The staff were helpful. The room was clean, but some of the equipment felt a bit old, like the lack of USB ports.

Dinner was a kaiseki that tasted great, the portions were just right, and the service was excellent. The onsen offered gold and silver springs, a sauna and an open‑air bath, which left me very satisfied. The only drawback was that some of the facilities felt a bit dated.
