We lost our son’s stuffed animal and they found it and sent it back—thank you so much! That alone was a huge relief, and the place is very child‑friendly. We noticed a few issues: there were few people around, so it was unclear who to ask for questions; the keys were left at reception upon arrival and we found our room alone; the toilet is not in the room, while the shower is private—this wasn’t a big problem because the wing we stayed in was empty.
