The place was a dump with a smoke smell, and everything that belonged to me was contaminated and needed washing.

I found absolutely nothing to like; this place is a DUMP, beyond filthy, with sticky floors, a bathroom light that never shuts off, holes in walls and doors, water stains on ceilings and walls, an AC unit hanging in the window that lets you see outside, no smoke detector or fire extinguisher in the room, pets allowed but no dog‑walking area, a parking lot full of holes in a rather unsafe area—this should be shut down, and if I could choose a number below 1, I would.
