The staff is very attentive and friendly and the facilities are good, but the mattresses should be replaced.

Breakfast is excellent and the location is good, but it was impossible to rest because people arrived late, including groups, and they laughed and talked loudly throughout the check‑in; they also kept making noise with backpacks and suitcases.
It’s great that there are curtains by the beds, and the kitchen serves excellent morning coffee.

The welcome is friendly, but it feels like you’re at a French gathering and a Primitivo; prices rise while services fall, there are no outlets for each bed, the dormitories are huge, and the beds have uneven lighting, outlets, etc.
The garden was a nice spot to sit after a long day, though a bit untidy; at least there was somewhere to relax. The bar and coffee service were decent. The place could use a bit more cleanliness, even though it has potential.
