I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was ruined by the customer service. I had booked a room for the New Year's period, but due to overbookings, they caused me a lot of stress and hassle. The customer agent I dealt with was completely unhelpful and hostile, which made me decide to cancel my booking. What's even more disappointing is that they continued to pester me for days after, showing no flexibility or understanding.
This place really delivered on the basics - the rooms and common areas were spotless and looked like they'd been recently renovated. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help with anything we needed. It's a great spot for a quick overnight stay, and the price was pretty reasonable too.
