The location, facilities, and green areas were great, but the pizza I bought at the restaurant was the ugliest thing I’ve ever eaten.

We liked the kids’ play area, the spacious rooms with balconies, and the food, but the pool was cold and my children only dipped in for a short time.

Everything was very comfortable, clean, and the staff were attentive, though the pool might benefit from a bit of tempering.

The room was fine and being surrounded by mountains and green spaces was a big plus, and the entrance looked very attractive. However, the promotion promised many services that turned out to be extra charges on the spot. The pool rail was damaged and unsafe for children. At breakfast, which I tried at 8:30, the spread was empty and the staff were rude. The billiard table was in bad shape with uneven surfaces. I rented the jacuzzi, but it was in poor condition and only two jets worked. In the room bathrooms there was no soap, and I was given only two towels for four guests; when I asked for more, none were ever brought.
