The staff were friendly and welcoming, but the overall stay didn't live up to expectations. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly; the shower drain was clogged and the wash area looked worn. Fixtures seemed outdated, and the leather chair had obvious wear. These problems made the value feel off. I requested a city‑view room, yet I was given one with no view at all!
