Free parking at the hotel. A very friendly employee immediately checked us in when we arrived just before the scheduled time. The room was very cramped and drafty.
Because the dog room was occupied, we were promised a refund, but it never happened even after we reminded them several times.
The shower was broken and the sink was clogged.

When I showered, only cold water ran and there was no hot water; the electricity kept cutting out, maybe something else was inserted instead of a small stick.
