The location was superb, tucked in a quiet village, and the host was friendly and extremely helpful; I asked too many questions and when I mentioned the tourists at the lake, he pointed out some secret paths, giving me one of the best off‑piste days ever.

The room stayed warm, clean, and tidy, and the supermarket and Flix bus station were only a 5‑minute walk away, with a restaurant right next door. However, it took a 20‑minute walk to reach entrance 2.

The accommodation was spotless, and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. The area was quiet, and walking to Entrance 2 of Plitvice Lakes National Park was easy. Parking right outside was convenient, and the host let us leave our car there while we visited the lakes, which was a real bonus. The walk to the entrance was a lovely way to start the day. Supermarkets were nearby, and we enjoyed the relaxed surroundings, even watching children play football in the field in front. We can highly recommend this place to anyone planning to explore the beautiful Plitvice Lakes area!
