“مميزات و عيوب فندق Giza Palace Pyramids view”
The employees were extremely kind and responded quickly to our requests. The room was clean and the place was quiet. The pool was large, warm all day and night, and open 24 hours, and the breakfast in the hotel garden was very good. The hotel’s listing on bookings claims there are restaurants inside the hotel, which is wrong because the hotel has no restaurant; all restaurants are outside, about ten minutes or a quarter‑hour by car. We had booked a triple room initially, but when we arrived the air‑conditioning was poor, so my son left the hotel and didn’t want to stay until they found us another room. After he left, I requested a double room for myself and my daughter, and we moved into it half an hour after our arrival at 2 p.m. The front‑desk staff told us we wouldn’t be able to recover the price difference between the rooms because bookings took a commission (I didn’t know the relation, especially since I paid cash on arrival and checked in before the scheduled time, which was 6 p.m. the same day). That bothered me, but I didn’t discuss it further because I was tired and preferred to leave a note on the app to verify its accuracy. The room we moved into was excellent in every way except the air‑conditioning, which at times made a noticeable noise that woke us up at night… I think without fixing the AC this place will lose a major portion of its clientele. I had initially planned to visit for the quiet it promised, but the bad AC made me back off, and I already talked about it with the front‑desk staff who promised a solution.
