The breakfast was varied, but the tables and space could have been better decorated, and the first or second floor would have let us enjoy the mountain view. 1. Noise and street smells. 2. The maid entered our room using her keys while the door was closed and my family was still in bed, ruining our rest and privacy; she should have known the check‑out times. 3. The bathroom had hair remnants, poor ventilation, and the room was dark. 4. The reception had bad décor and low cleanliness.

The staff were always friendly and attentive to any concerns, constantly offering help. For me, it was too high and I felt overwhelmed.

The location is fine. However, there was never any water to shower, and the reception did not take responsibility or answer my calls.

The staff reached out with some time to inform about a change of plans, saying I will not be able to stay due to a water leak. The communication was not that great, they did not cancel my reservation and I had to inform booking about the issue, since there was a full price cancelation fee

The hotel is modest, but I never expected water to be missing for 3 days and for there to be no cistern to wash in, nor bottled water supplied to cope. It was the first time in my life that I arrived at a hotel where for two days there was no water even just to flush the toilet. You can't wash yourself… and the breakfast was another ordeal: we were told that for a simple omelette with salt our daughter would have to wait at least 20 minutes (with an empty room). On top of that, during the days we stayed, the lights went out, meaning we couldn't watch TV or charge phones needed for the next day's excursions. Rooms were tiny, blinds were terrible, and noise from the street kept coming until late at night.
