The young transfer guy was very attentive. I had to wait because, although we were a family group and were assigned separate rooms, we were going to be placed on different floors and we were charged different amounts.

I liked the location, the airport transfer to the hotel, the very comfortable bed, and the breakfast was good. I arrived close to midnight after more than 20 hours of travel, and the check‑in was unnecessarily long. Moreover, it was incomplete: the person attending me left to do another task instead of finishing the process or leaving someone in charge. The room did not meet the expectations of a hotel named Marriott, even though it is an Express line. The bathroom had a curtain instead of a partition and did not look pleasant. The air conditioning was very noisy and the sound of water running along the wall was constantly heard, making it hard to rest. In general, customer service was very poor, except for the van driver and the lady in the breakfast area. I called to request room service and was met with indifference and lack of interest, and the same attitude repeated at the time of delivery.

The breakfast was very good. The staff do not try to make the stay pleasant; basic things like a cooler are impossible to resolve by the staff.

The location is close to the airport, although only. The staff do not resolve or try to make your stay pleasant, and the internet is very bad quality; there are no smart TVs.
