The place is in a great spot and the room was spotless.
“Ein ganz normales Hotel mit Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel”
The hotel sits right in the city, surrounded by cafés and the river, with a view of the mountains; it was a solid hotel, parking was right outside, and the breakfast was generous for a local‑category establishment, but the staff weren’t immediately at the front desk—otherwise the people were friendly.
We absolutely loved our stay! The room was spotless and offered a stunning view from the window. Breakfast was spot‑on, with everything we needed, and the hotel’s proximity to the city centre and a nearby supermarket was super handy. The bus station was just a 10‑minute walk away. Huge thanks to the staff, especially Dragan, who always went out of their way to make us comfortable and were cheerful helpers. We’re grateful for their kindness and hope to return soon.

The hotel sits right in the middle of town, close to shops and the university, which was great. When I checked in after a 12‑hour trip, the staff didn’t realize I’d requested a late arrival and got a bit confused, leaving me exhausted. The room itself was poorly built; when it rained the bathroom ceiling shifted and rattled me awake. I went down to speak with the receptionist, but she was rude, dismissive, and offered no apology. Breakfast was awful, an unexpected extra cost, and there was no variety, especially problematic for someone with food allergies.
