The hotel sits right between two beaches and a supermarket is next door; the on‑site restaurant offers a 20 % discount and breakfast is available. I had no trouble at all. The amenities are minimal, so you’ll need to buy a toothbrush at the supermarket or bring your own.
“Great location and comfy base to explore the island”
The beds were really comfortable, and the double dorm room gave us our own little space. With an attached supermarket and restaurant it was super convenient to grab food and drinks (the banana cake at the shop was the best ever!). The staff were very helpful and let us check in early. The location is perfect for exploring the town and you can easily reach the beaches. The bathroom had open sides and faced a swampy area, so it was swarming with mosquitoes; a net or something would help. After the rain there was a flying ant swarm, and the end shower cubicles were full of them.
The location was great, there were plenty of showers and toilets, and a shop downstairs if you needed anything. There wasn’t enough space to dry clothes on the balcony, and most showers lacked hooks except for one or two.
