“Everyone was kind and helpful, including guests from the South working on the Mayo building project”
The breakfast was great, unless you’re like me who can’t eat dairy or gluten, but they had a toaster for my gluten‑free bread and even wooden tongs to pick out oddly shaped loaves. They opened early for those of us who had to leave very early, and the 24‑hour coffee machine made strong coffee. The stove hood and the outside of the fridge weren’t clean; there were layers of grease and the bumpy surface of US refrigerators made them hard to clean, the same with the stove hood.
The staff were friendly and accommodated a request I made. I could smell cigarette smoke coming through the ventilation.
“I enjoyed everything about my stay.i definitely would stat at this hotel again in the future.”
I couldn’t eat breakfast because I had to go to surgery in the morning. Nothing else.
“Great stay and it was right off the highway which made it nice and away from the busy downtown.”
The location was excellent. The only downside was that there was no sugar‑free syrup for the delicious waffles.
The staff, the beverage area, and the quietness were positives. The hallways had a funny smell.
