“Pleasant and Convenient”

I stayed in a great spot, just a short walk from the castle, local transport, shops, and tasty restaurants. The room was roomy, cozy, and welcoming. Serge was an amazing host who went the extra mile, offering homemade treats like plums, jam, and crackers, and sharing excellent local travel tips. The kitchen had a kettle, microwave, and toaster oven, and the Wi‑Fi was decent. The hot water was a bit lukewarm, fluctuating between warm and cool; keeping the flow rate low made it more stable.

The service was exquisite; they cared about travelers and arranged a car that took me from the hostel door to Erevan, handling customs and everything. In the mornings before seven, when the car arrived, they were there to serve me coffee with cookies. Incredible. They also helped with currency exchange. Thank you so much.

“Niezwykła życzliwość i gościnność”

The Old Town house offers something unexpected, and most importantly – friendliness and hospitality. The owners are the soul of the place – very helpful and extremely kind people. On the day of our stay there were no other guests, so they let us park our car on their private lot, and the host assisted with the entrance, which was tricky because of the small courtyard. The host advised us on restaurant choices and nearby shops. At our request, for a small extra fee, the owners prepared a tasty breakfast at a chosen time. After checkout they let us leave the car on the property while we toured the fortress. Even though we speak little Russian and the owner speaks little English, we managed with broken Russian, English, Polish, and a bit of migi. Everything is possible if you just want it. The building itself is old, but the room had everything we needed. The windows faced the inner side, so street noise didn’t bother us. The house is in the very center, so attractions, restaurants, and shops are close. Luxuries aren’t remembered, but the wonderful people are.
