Breakfast was outstanding and varied each day. The room, a Junior Suite, was beautiful and spacious. Getting around was easy. Parking was difficult, but the staff helped; checking beforehand makes it smoother.

The hotel was clean and the staff polite. I couldn't get a refund for the last night. Plans changed and I had to leave a night early. Even though the hotel was warned ahead of time, the money wasn't returned, and Booking support couldn't help.

We loved everything. The service was wonderful with a lot of care from all hotel staff. The location was fantastic and that part of the city is extremely charming. I liked everything.

It was the most charming hotel we've ever stayed in. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and we had different options each day. We loved the town of Alacati, so different from anywhere we've been before. Nothing.
