The staff here are absolutely lovely, from the receptionists to the housekeepers. They all have great attitudes and make you feel welcome. The breakfast spread is impressive, with plenty of options to choose from. And if you're feeling adventurous, you can even borrow a bike to explore the area and take in the views of the Mekong River. The place is spotless, too.

I was really impressed with the hotel's location, it's right in the heart of the action. The staff were friendly and helpful too. However, the rooms could do with a bit of a refresh - they're a bit old and tired, and could benefit from some TLC.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks in no small part to Ploy, the receptionist, who gave us a warm and friendly welcome. Our room was a great size, with a massive terrace overlooking the Mekong River - it was perfect for taking in the views. The location was also spot on, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The only downside was the breakfast, which was a bit limited in terms of variety and finished a bit too early.
