“Nice weekend”
The hotel sits close to the city center, check‑in is straightforward, the room is a decent size and clean, but there is no parking.
The location was great, the rooms were very clean, quiet, and the staff was friendly over the phone; we did have to wait about 45 minutes before we could actually enter, but that was the only inconvenience.
“Smell of bin bags outside totally dampened the stay!”
It was close to the pier and bars, but the outside front‑door bin bags were dirty and smelly and needed a thorough cleaning; the bathroom was not clean, the bed was uncomfortable, the brick wall outside the window was visible, and the lights in the room flickered loudly—definitely not a place I’d stay again.
“Will not be returning much better places nearbye”
The place was clean, but the rooms were tiny and we were asked to pay a £100 deposit without prior notice; later we were told we’d have to wait a week to get it back, a first for me in Blackpool.
