“Really impressed with this hotel”

My partner and I spent the night and we were absolutely delighted! The onsens were beautifully kept, spotless, and roomy, each with its own vibe. Upstairs there’s an indoor onsen overlooking Mt. Fuji, plus outdoor public and private onsens in the garden; we adored them all. It was especially nice to find an onsen that didn’t mind tattoos, so we felt completely at ease. Our room was lovely and the hotel had thoughtful touches like a yukata and Japanese slippers ready for us. There are plenty of cozy spots to sit, read, or unwind. Breakfast was fantastic—fresh, top‑quality, and delicious—with a chance to try the local specialty, hōtō noodles. It was a truly relaxing and memorable stay, and we’d gladly return.

The onsen was great, and they cleaned our room thoroughly. They did offer a dinner option.

The room was very comfortable, the onsen on the hotel’s train, the atmosphere was charming, the staff were very friendly, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious.

“Very nice experience all toghether.”

The beds, onsen, view, and breakfast all surpassed our expectations and we had a lot of fun. The Fuji view, even though it was cloudy and we couldn’t see anything from the hotel, must have been stunning. The place felt a bit worn down and pricey, but overall it was a very nice experience. We arrived before check‑in and the staff happily held our luggage while we explored the town.
