The location in the city center is very good. The place is very clean and well maintained. The host provided excellent service, greeting us personally in the morning. I recommend it without reservation!

The morning crew was a nuisance and had to be taken to Café 200 meters from the room. The room is on the 2nd floor in a backyard, with three different locks. It is very noisy with machine sounds. There are no windows to the outside, only to the stairwell. Overall, it is excellent. The city itself is amazing—people, atmosphere, and everything almost operating 24/7. Napoli has a reputation for being dangerous and dirty, but we experienced both thorough street cleaning and no crime or beggars. The city is old, which some may associate with dirtiness, yet it is fun, exciting, and lovely. We will definitely return. The only downside is getting used to the access conditions, but soon it becomes a habit and everything works fine. An old but proud city with happy, friendly, welcoming residents both privately and in shops, cafés, and taxis.

Good location, close to everything, lovely staff. The breakfast was mediocre, not really a breakfast; they give a card for a bakery that doesn’t offer much.

Super. Everything was clean, the owner was nice. Perfect location. Our room had a window facing the stairwell, which wasn’t obvious from the description, but we ended up liking it because it was very quiet.
