The owners were incredibly friendly, always ready to help, but I couldn’t get comfortable because the bed was pretty hard and gave me a sore back.

We got breakfast exactly when we wanted it and liked the décor; the room was tidy, stocked with glasses, soap, shampoo, and even a kettle that staff brought over when we asked. The staff were upbeat and could arrange drinks or a kebab, and the “Fin” viewpoint is just a three‑minute walk away. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t pre‑cleaned at the 4 pm check‑in, we were given the wrong type of room, there’s no air‑conditioning, and opening the window let in a lot of road noise.

Everything you need is right there, from breakfast served when you ask for it to a helpful owner and staff who answer any question. The hotel sits close to Lake Sevan and offers solid value for the price, so I’d definitely recommend it.
