It was okay, but when we arrived the room wasn’t ready, so the receptionist handed us a next‑door room that was ready, which was very good.
I didn’t like anything about the driveway; it’s so disgusting I can’t understand how it’s even operating. Dirty, smelly, poor—very, very poor facility!
“I would never recommend nor am I coming back to this location”
Apart from the location, nothing was good: everything had stained carpet, a dirty toilet, no heater in the main bedroom, and no one at reception when I arrived to check in. When I called, the receptionist rudely said they were busy and would come later (15 minutes).
It wasn’t clean enough for me.
The location was easy to reach from town and shops, but the place was unkept with mouldy carpet stains, no soap or shampoo, and clear maintenance lapses—disappointing for what they advertise.
